So pretty! Is that square Sienna? I went there when I was 14 and loved climbing up the tower. The view from the top was incredible.
Yes the picture is of the town square in Sienna - the Piazza del Campo. We went on a Sunday so it was quite tame (ie quiet). I didn't climb up the tower but sat in the piazza, gelato in hand, for an hour people watching instead. Lazy me I know.
Wow, looks wonderful place to visit!
